Kolkata, November 1, 2026: The third edition of the Sharad Ananya Samman 2026, organised by Vicks Venture Entertainment, turned into a glamorous celebration of art, cinema, television, music, literature and journalism, with the presence of prominent Tollywood personalities, political leaders and distinguished dignitaries.
Founded by young entrepreneur Souvik Manna under the banner of Vicks Venture Production, the prestigious award ceremony was curated by Soumi Dutta. The event brought together a galaxy of film and television personalities to recognise and honour individuals for their achievements and contributions across diverse fields.
Speaking on the occasion, founder Souvik Manna said that Sharad Ananya Samman was conceived as a unique platform to celebrate excellence and recognise the contributions of talented individuals from different walks of life. Expressing his gratitude to the participating artists and dignitaries, he hoped that their continued support would help make the initiative bigger and more prestigious in the coming years.
Show curator Soumi Dutta expressed her pleasure at being associated with the event. She acknowledged the challenges involved in organising and curating the programme and said that the encouraging response from the audience and participating artists had made all the efforts worthwhile. She described Sharad Ananya Samman as a distinctive platform for recognising talent and professional contributions.

The award ceremony was attended by several distinguished personalities, including Sarbari Mukherjee, MLA, Jadavpur Constituency; Shri Satyajit Das, Honourable Coordinator, Re-Verification of Caste Certificates; and Santi Das, IPS.
