Kolkata, November 5, 2026: The Miss India Organization, a unit of Worldwide Media Private Limited under the Times Group, officially launched Femina Miss India West Bengal 2027 in association with Enigma, which has been appointed as the exclusive state licensee for a three-year tenure commencing in 2026.
The initiative marks a significant step towards strengthening West Bengal’s representation at the national pageant platform while creating new opportunities for aspiring young women across the state. The platform aims to discover and nurture emerging talent, offering participants opportunities for personal development, professional exposure and a chance to represent Bengal at the national level.
Registrations for Femina Miss India West Bengal 2027 are now open.
Grand Launch in Kolkata
The official announcement was made at a press conference at Hotel Hindusthan International, the venue partner for the launch. The event was attended by Mohana Panday, Femina Miss India West Bengal 2026, and Mouli Halder, Femina Miss India West Bengal 2020, along with other distinguished guests.
Sharing her experience, Mohana Panday spoke about the transformative impact of her Femina Miss India journey and encouraged aspiring contestants to take their first step towards achieving their dreams. She emphasised that representing West Bengal was both an honour and a responsibility, urging young women not to wait for the perfect moment to pursue their ambitions.
Taking Bengal’s Talent to the National Stage
Recognising West Bengal’s rich cultural heritage and its contribution to art, literature, fashion and creative expression, Aries Events has undertaken the responsibility of organising Femina Miss India West Bengal 2027.
Founded by Kritika and Anandita, Aries Events aims to create a comprehensive platform for aspiring participants from Kolkata and various cities and towns across West Bengal. The initiative will focus on professional grooming, personality development and skill enhancement while providing valuable exposure to the fashion, entertainment and glamour industries.
Three-Year Partnership to Strengthen Regional Talent
Speaking at the launch, Nirajpriya Dash, Director of Enigma, highlighted the organisation’s commitment to identifying and nurturing promising talent across West Bengal.
The three-year association is expected to strengthen the state’s pageant ecosystem through collaborations with fashion professionals, industry stakeholders, brands and corporate partners. It also aims to position Kolkata as an important destination for emerging talent and creative excellence.
The Road to Femina Miss India West Bengal 2027
The statewide auditions are scheduled to commence in December 2026, followed by the Femina Miss India West Bengal 2027 Grand Finale in Kolkata in January 2027. The eventual winner will get the opportunity to represent West Bengal at the Femina Miss India 2027 national competition.
Several prominent brands have already joined the initiative, including Kyra Jewelz as the presenting partner, Thakurayin as co-sponsor and Bhawanipur School of Event Management as a partner.
The organisers are also inviting additional brands and corporate organisations to explore sponsorship opportunities, brand associations and experiential partnerships, offering them access to the state’s vibrant youth, fashion and lifestyle audiences.
With registrations now underway, the Miss India Organization and Enigma have invited aspiring women from every corner of West Bengal to participate and take their first step towards the national spotlight.
