Initiative by “Moner Thikana” – Jhargram Adolescents’ Kolkata Visit

Under the initiative of the social organization “Moner Thikana”, three orphaned students from Jhargram – Samir Nayek, Khoka Murmu, and Rakesh Singh – were honored and awarded for their remarkable achievements in passing their secondary examinations and successfully gaining admission to Polytechnic Institutes. This recognition was made possible with the kind support of Arun Goyenka, Shankar Gupta, and Rajesh Gupta.

To further motivate these young achievers, an educational and entertaining show at the Birla Planetarium was organized, giving them an opportunity to explore the wonders of science and space.

“Moner Thikana” takes responsibility to ensure that these fatherless and motherless adolescents continue their educational journey without any hindrance, providing them with the necessary support and care.

The organization is committed to working even harder in the future to uplift the marginalized communities and children of Jhargram district, aiming to create a better and brighter future for them.
