7th All India Open Karate Championship 2025 was held with grand success at Amatala Baps Sri Swami Narayan Mandir Bhasa 14 No. WB.
The Shotokan Karate-Do Japan Association of India organized the 7th All India Open Karate Championship 2025. Over 350 karate fighters from all over India participated in the tournament.
The event was graced by prominent guests, including Dilip Ghosh, former MP, Yoga-Guru Bharatsree Gouri Sankar Das and other renowned personalities.
The tournament’s Chief Technical Director was Kyoshi S.S. Sharma, 7th Dan Black Belt (WKF) “A” Referee and Judge, President Of (SKJAI).
Chief organizer was Shihan Tapas Mondal, 5th Dan Black Belt (SKJAI), General Secretary of SKJAI.
Tournament Co-Organizer was Sensei Sayani Mondal, 2nd Dan Black Belt (SKJAI), Instructor of Amtala unit.
The winners were awarded prizes and certificates, which may help them in getting Government jobs. The tournament promoted the spirit of Karate, encouraging all to adopt that as a valid means of Self-Defence and encouraged the participants to strive for excellence.
Next games will be in Howrah and Belur, National and International level.
