LCSF Unveils ‘Nababarsha Special’ at Grand Literary Gathering

The Literary, Cultural and Social Forum (LCSF) marked another milestone in its creative journey with the formal launch of its sixth publication, “LCSF Nababarsha Special”, at the prestigious Abanindra Sabhaghar, located in the iconic Nandan campus.

Curated by LCSF Founder-Chairperson Asish Basak, the anthology brings together an eclectic mix of poems, short stories, articles, and even a cooking recipe, totaling 75 contributions from a diverse pool of writers and enthusiasts.

The book launch event was graced by distinguished dignitaries, poets, writers, and LCSF officials, creating a vibrant cultural confluence. The publication has been supported by Bangabandhu Publishers, Krishanu Chattopadhyay (Financial Architect, LIC), Verswave Publication, Alokesh Ray (media faculty from Odisha), and Grace N. Sitharaman (cultural activist from Bangalore), who added to the cross-disciplinary and cross-regional flavor of the occasion.

Key editorial roles were led by Priyanka Debnath as Copy Editor and Arpita Ghosh Mitra as Executive Editor, who helped shape the final publication.

Speaking on the occasion, Asish Basak highlighted that the “Nababarsha Special” not only celebrates the Bengali New Year but also reflects the spirit of literary diversity and social connection that LCSF continues to nurture.
