EGC Facility Management Pvt Ltd and EGC FM HORTICULTURE TRAINING INSTITUTE like previous years organised their GO GREEN MOVEMENT, a missionary GREEN campaign to bring Horticulture to every household and make the city greener and healthier with a FREE PLANT DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY on 22nd August, 2025 at Southend Conclave ( Kasba New Market).
About 600 people assembled including students of various schools/ colleges and teachers, Corporate Officials, housewives and many plant lovers and many eminent Dignitaries and Guests.
600 people collected various flower/ fruit plants, vegetable seeds and organic fertilizer from our Garden Nursery.
A PLANT QUIZ CONTEST was also organised to spread green awareness amongst the citizens of Kolkata.
The Function was attended by Smt. Lipika Manna, Councillor 107 no Ward, Tapan Dasgupta Councillor-95 no Ward, Prabir Chatterjee, Forest Officer, W.B Govt, Dr. A K. Mondal, renowned Horticulturist, Shri Sukesh Adhikary, DH HQ, Asst. Commissioner, Income Tax, Shri M.K.Biswas, Regional Director, Central Pollution Control Board and Senior Management of SBI and many more eminent persons.
