79th Independence Day celebrations at HNG Rishra plant

On 15th Aug., members and officials celebrated the 79th Independence day at HNG Rishra plant by taking the following scheduled activities:-
– National flag hoisting by Plant Head, Mr Samaresh Chakrabarti and HR Head, Mr Supriyo Ghosh was also present with him

– Batch pinning & cap distribution
– March-Past by the plant Security personnel
– Speech by HR Head, Mr Supriyo Ghosh for the sacrifice of our great freedom fighters and their sacrifices must be converted into ‘Vikshit Bharat’ for the development of our country and our Co.’s development as well which definitely will impact all

– The prize / award ceremony to motivate all categories of employees which includes contractual, permanent & staff level for taking their various initiatives on the perspective of plant benefits and outstanding performance throughout the year in 2024-2025,
– Sweets distribution to all employees with a Get-together for all,
– On this occasion, an NGO President & representatives, Mr Tapas Dey, President, All India NGO Welfare Association & Ms Priyanka Pal, Secretary, Begumpur Art and Culture Society, Union representatives, all dept. HODs, staff, associates & their children had participated with full enthusiasm to celebrate this auspicious occasion successfully.
