DISTRICT LEVEL AWARNESS CAMP ON PLEGP HELD ON 12.10.2026 AT SAMARESH BOSE KAKSHA, NAIHATI MUNICIPALITY, NORTH 24 PARGANAS, W.B. A District level Awareness Camp on PMEGP was held on 12.10.2026 at Samaresh Bose Kaksha, Naihati Municipality, North 24 Parganas organized by KVIC, State Office, Kolkata. Where Shri Sumitro Chatterjee, Hon’ble MLA, Naihati Assembly Constituency, Shri Biswajit Sarkar, District Officer, KVIB, North 24 Parganas, Shri Joy Mukherjee, DFO, Kolkata, Dr. Tapas Dey, Social worker, Shri Sudip Sarkar, PNB, Naihati Branch were present. Beside the above Officers two successful Entrepreneurs, namely Smt. Tumpa Sil and Smt. Setu Mandal were present and they have enriched the Awareness Camp participants about their experience and the benefits of PMEGP Scheme. Seventy participants from the various parts of North 24 Parganas districts participated in the said Awareness Camp. Myself Shri Alokesh Roy, Jr. Executive (Adm. & HR), DCO (North 24 Parganas) and other Govt. officers explained about various Projects under PMEGP elaborately in the said Awareness Camp. The participants had shown their keen interest in various Projects of PMEGP. The Awareness Camp on PMEGP was ended successfully. In the Second Session, This office have also organized a Khadi Mohatsav Program at Samaresh Bose Kaksha, Naihati Municipality, North 24 Parganas. Myself and other Officials explained about various Khadi Schemes, Seva Sankalp and importance of Khadi Mahotsav 2026 Under KVIC, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India. The Khadi Mahotsav 2026 program was ended successfully.
