Kolkata, October 5, 2026: Kolkata-based Bench Mark Infotech Services Limited, a leading provider of IT-integrated network solutions, marked a significant milestone with its successful listing on the NSE Emerge platform on Monday.
The company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO), valued at ₹42.44 crore, comprised 38,58,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The shares were offered through the Book Built Issue mechanism in the price band of ₹104 to ₹110 per share. The issue received an overwhelming response from investors and was reportedly oversubscribed 103 times, reflecting strong market confidence in the company.
The listing ceremony was held at Hotel Hyatt Regency, Kolkata, where a traditional bell-ringing ceremony marked the company’s entry into the capital market.
The event was attended by several distinguished personalities, including Hon’ble Finance Minister, Government of West Bengal, Shri Swapan Dasgupta, and Principal Advisor to the Chief Minister of West Bengal, Dr. Subrata Gupta.
