অভাবের সংসারে লড়াই করে এগিয়ে চলা হেমন্ত মান্ডি
দুর্গাপুরের কালীগঞ্জের বাসিন্দা হেমন্ত মান্ডি—সংগ্রাম আর অধ্যবসায়ের আরেক নাম। ছোটবেলায় বাবাকে হারিয়েছেন, তারপর থেকে সংসারের হাল ধরেছেন মা। রাজমিস্ত্রির কাজে যোগ দিয়ে মায়ের পাশে দাঁড়িয়েছেন হেমন্ত। অভাবের ঘরে থেকেও পড়াশোনা ছাড়েননি তিনি। বর্তমানে বাঁকুড়া গভর্নমেন্ট কলেজে বি.এড পড়ছেন তিনি নিজের স্বপ্ন পূরণের লক্ষ্যে। দুর্গাপূজার সময় প্রতিবছর হেমন্তকে জামা-প্যান্ট দিয়ে সহায়তা করা হয়। এক বছর কলকাতার
